Peter Odemwingie, a former Super Eagles forward, has graduated from the Professional Golfers Association school and is now a professional golfer.
Odemwingie, who played in two World Cups and won an Olympic medal in 2008, hopes to use his status to grow golf in Nigeria and Russia.
He aims to organize tournaments in Nigeria with decent prize money and inspire others to follow in his footsteps.
Odemwingie, who retired from football in 2019, is proud of his achievement and sees it as a motivation to continue achieving his goals.
