Achieved? Google executives’ appraisals sought in U.S. antitrust case

Lawyers for the Justice Department and Alphabet’s (GOOGL.O) Google tangled on Thursday over whether the company should hand over performance reviews of executives whom the government is considering calling as witnesses.
