A member of the Lagos State Judicial Panel on Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS)-related abuses, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa (SAN), says the Panel has opened cases of EndSARS protesters, who have video evidence of the killings at Lekki toll gate against the Nigerian Army.
