Hospital child deaths ‘biggest scandal of devolution era’

An independent review found that 84 children were infected with rare bacteria while undergoing treatment at the £850m QUEH campus, with more than 30 suffering a severe impact on their health and two deaths considered to be, in part, as a result of the infection.
