The loan scheme, now a signed law, aims to support underprivileged students in pursuing higher education without financial burdens.
The student loan bill was signed into law by President Bola Tinubu, ensuring the scheme’s implementation.
The bill is considered one of the most important bills worked on by the 10th National Assembly, according to Senate President Akpabio.
