Reprieve came for a former Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, on Tuesday, when a Federal High Court in Abuja declared as unlawful and a violation of his fundamental human rights his banishment from Kano and forceful relocation to Awe in Nasarawa State.
