The federal government through the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed has reacted to the decision of the UK government to place a travel ban on Nigeria over the discovery of Omicron COVID-19 cases in the country.
The Minister made the position of the federal government on the matter known during a press briefing in Abuja on Monday.
According to Mohammed, Nigeria does not deserve to be on the red list of any country over the Omicron Covid-19 cases.
