The Federal Government has advised Nigerians to avoid locally prepared drinks like zobo, fura, and kunu as a preventive measure against the ongoing cholera outbreak in some parts of the country.
In a statement issued by the Federal Ministry of Environment, Minister of State Dr. Iziaq Adekunle Salako emphasized the importance of maintaining good sanitation and hygiene practices, such as regular handwashing and avoiding open defecation, to curb the spread of the disease.
