Nigerian returnees welcomed home after UAE stranding

The Federal Government has successfully repatriated 190 stranded Nigerians from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), according to a statement released by NEMA’s North Central zonal director, Mr Bashir Garga.

The returnees were received at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja early Tuesday morning and were promptly profiled and documented by relevant agencies.

The government urges all Nigerians, both at home and abroad, to uphold the values of patriotism, rule of law, decency, and integrity and to serve as ambassadors for their country.
