Four simple ways to strengthen your erections fast, according to science

No erection is the same – it’s just one of those things.

Sometimes blokes have stronger erections than others, but there are ways you can make them more consistent. Whether it’s during sex or a saucy solo sesh, don’t worry as you’re probably not alone.

If you find yourself falling soft during sex, or just want to boost things a little down below, Dr Jeff Foster, men’s health specialist and advisor to proven erectile dysfunction (ED) topical gel Eroxon, shared his tips.

Exercise

Regular exercise can really help when it comes to bettering your sex life, and certain exercises could work wonders.

Foster said: “Muscles, especially those important in maintaining an erection, sometimes lose tone and strength. Exercise such as pelvic floor exercises may help to prevent erectile dysfunction.”

They strengthen the muscles that are required to get hard but, when it comes to really making a difference, the secret is said to lie within aerobic activity. This type of exercise has been known to improve ED as it boosts blood flow.
