A woman who was kidnapped at birth and raised by her abductors saw her two “families” come together at her wedding.
Miche Zephany Sheldon was taken as a baby by Lavona Solomon and raised by her and her husband Michael for 19 years.
Despite her mum’s crime, the 26-year-old from Cape Town, South Africa, said her kidnappers brought her up in a happy home and she considers Michael her father.
Now he and Miche’s biological dad, Morne Nurse, have walked her down the aisle together as she tied the knot with husband Justin Sheldon, 32.
“Michael had been my dad my whole life – he fathered me,” she said. “I’m so glad Morne opened his heart to walk alongside him down the aisle.

“It was such a beautiful day. We saw the unionship [sic] of my two families.”
Miche, whose original name was Zephany Nurse, was born on April 27, 1997.
