A man who lives with only one testicle has opened up about how it hinders his sex life.

The anonymous bloke took to Reddit to talk about the matter, as he wanted to know if people thought he should be more honest about it. In the post, he said he never knows how best to approach the topic with women.

He admitted he’s “new” to sex, and doesn’t know if anyone will find it problematic. Even though he’s fine with it, he’s a bit hesitant about how some people may react.

In the post, he said: “I’m new to sex overall, my only two encounters didn’t even notice. Probably because they didn’t give me head.

“But I really want to be given head next time. Should I say it before hand? Should I wait until she asks? If she doesn’t ask should I just let it be. Oh and the one testicle is due to surgery following a hernia when I was eight.”

Since he opened up about the matter, more than 100 people have commented to offer advice. Most were quick to assure him not to worry about anything.

One person said: “No one is going to notice unless you are in a serious long term relationship. and more importantly, no one is going to care.”

Another added: “Guys care way more about their own balls than anyone else. Do what feels right for the situation, but know that it is unlikely to be a turnoff.”

A third replied: “I am 60 years old and I also have one testicle. I had surgery around your age too. I’ve been married for 34 years now and my wife has no problem with it. Before I met her I was quite the lady chaser and honestly women don’t care.
