A woman forced a man to have sex with her after telling him “you may be saying no but your d*** is saying yes”, a court heard.
Imogen Brooke, 30, was allegedly ‘very drunk’ when she clambered onto the man, who can’t be named for legal reasons, jurors at Southampton Crown Court were told.
The court heard that the interaction lasted for 15 minutes, after which Miss Brooke got off and fell asleep.
Jurors were told that Brooke was the bigger of the two individuals involved and that the alleged victim was left lying there in disbelief.
Prosecutor Robert Bryan told the court: “Imogen Brooke caused [the complainant] to engage in the sexual activity… and he did not consent, and she did not reasonably believe him to be consenting.
