Peter Obi, Labour Party presidential candidate, has commended the National Universities Commission, NUC, for directing the closure of all universities and inter-university centres.
DAILY POST had reported that the NUC ordered the closure of universitiesbetween February 22nd and March 14.
The Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, gave the directive following consultation with relevant security agencies.
