A 30-year-old graduate of Auchi Poly, Auchi, Edo State, Chinedu Ikwuagwu, has narrated how his ‘school father’ introduced him to homosexuality.
Ikwuagwu disclosed this on Tuesday while being paraded with eight other suspects for various crimes by the state police command.
He was accused of allegedly hypnotizing his victim and forcefully had anal sex with him.
In an interview with journalists, Ikwuagwu who confessed to the crime of sodomy, said he was arrested following an allegation by his victim, simply identified as Wisdom, after he had anal intercourse with him.
The remorseful suspect who said he has a fiancée he planned to get married to, apologized to the unnamed girlfriend over his shameful conduct.
According to Ikwuagwu, “I would not deny that I am not a gay, but it is not something I do often. It was my school father who introduced me into gay while I was in Auchi Poly, but I stop it after graduation until now.
“I have a serious girlfriend (fiancee) and I don’t know how it happened. But, I thank God I am still alive. I want to apologize to my fiancee that she should forgive me,” he added.
