Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of Christ Embassy, has adopted a positive outlook towards the fire incident at the church’s headquarters in Lagos. During the live Sunday service, he stated that the event was not an accident but an opportunity to build a bigger and better church.
Pastor Chris referenced a similar incident from the past and highlighted that the 2001 Ikeja Cantonment bombing did not lead to the collapse of the church building. He expressed his belief that the devil would be defeated, as the church would emerge from this stronger than ever before.
