Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye popularly known in social circles as Bobrisky has reacted to the retraction and apology ultimatum issued against him by the Falanas over the controversial leaked audio which they claim to have wrongly implicated them.
Recall 24-hours ago that Femi Falana (SAN), and his son Folarin, aka Falz, called for a public apology and the removal of defamatory remarks made by Bobrisky, in audio recordings shared online by Very Dark Man.
A letter dated October 14, 2024, signed by Taiwo E. Olawanle, Esq., and Olorunfemi Akinyemi, Esq., of Falana & Falana’s Chambers, conveyed this directive.
The letter requires Bobrisky to submit a formal apology and retract his views, both of which must be widely disseminated on all platforms where the defamatory remarks were posted.
The Falanas reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including monetary damages, if they don’t comply, the letter which described Bobrisky’s remarks as highlighted.
While reacting to the ultimatum served by the Falanas, the transvestite denied allegations of giving money to the Falanas to help secure presidential pardon while he served his term in prison for Naira abuse.
