Most cheaters are against divorce – why they rather betray than call it quits

UNFORTUNATELY, a new study revealed that people who decide to cheat on their partner would rather betray them than divorce them.

They actually justify having a double life for several reasons.

A new study released by Ashley Madison, famous for being a dating site for married people, revealed 79 percent of people who cheat are against divorcing their partner.

From the last two weeks of December 2019 to the first two weeks of January 2020, there was a 25 percent increase in new members.

Even in the midst of the pandemic, there was a 12 percent increase during the same time frame a year later.

But why would people choose to cheat rather than simply end things and find happiness with another partner?

Well, 46 percent claimed they loved their partners too much to leave.

Nineteen percent claimed they didn’t want to make things hard for their kids and 17 percent simply could not afford it.

Over 58 percent of people admitted that they’d feel selfish if they asked for a divorce and 67 percent claimed they’d feel even more guilty asking for a divorce than cheating.

Interestingly, 76 percent of people who cheated claimed it makes them more patient and tolerant at home.

A woman interviewed for the survey claimed: “At 24, I married my husband, and we have been together for 30 years.

“In terms of sex, I’m more adventurous and have a higher sex drive than my husband.

“My husband views sex as a service, and I see it as integral to my well-being.

“I can’t imagine having sex with one person – it simply makes no sense.

“As a society, we ask too much of one person, so I see cheating as a way to stay married.

“Ultimately, I’m looking for the cherry on top, not the whole sundae.”
