The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has threatened legal actions against the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and others over unsubstantiated and libelous allegations against it and its chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.
The Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to INEC Chairman, Mr Rotimi Lawrence Oyekanmi, gave the warning on Friday night in Abuja.
