Bola Tinubu, presidential hopeful of the All Progressives Congress (APC), says young people can no longer continue lamenting.
The former Lagos governor advised the youth to work towards building a new nation that would have limitless opportunities and possibilities.
Tinubu said the youths cannot be on social media platforms like Instagram while they lack permanent voter cards (PVCs) to elect the leaders of their choosing.
The APC chieftain spoke on Saturday at a rally of south-west youths of the ruling party.
