Multiple people have been assaulted and some injured by a man brandishing a machete in a Liverpool park this evening (August 11).
Police rushed to Ince Avenue in Anfield and a police helicopter was seen circling over the area while air ambulance landed in nearby Stanley Park.
People on social media reported seeing a man with a machete walking in the street who was ‘stabbing who he wants.’
Another said that the man had been barging into doors on Ince Avenue and ‘stabbed a kids mum in the arm.’
An eyewitness told us of the shocking moment he saw the knifeman.
