Nigeria’s Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Dale Alake, has reaffirmed President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to the growth and sustainability of the mining sector as a viable alternative revenue base for the nation’s transition to a non-oil-dependent economy.
Alake announced the ministry’s commitment to work collaboratively with stakeholders to harness Nigeria’s mineral wealth for present and future generations. The 9th Nigeria Mining Week (NMW) will continue to foster dialogue on the sector’s potential and the country’s untapped mineral resources.
