The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) has initiated an audit process to assess the performance of all Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in Nigeria. The process aims to ensure all projects are insured, as stipulated in the 2005 Act.
The ICRC Director General, Dr. Jobson Ewalefoh, announced the audit during a visit to the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo. He emphasized the enforcement of insurance policies for government assets involved in PPP partnerships. Ewalefoh also assured the Minister that the commission would train PPP desk officers in MDAs.
