Governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Director General of the Tinubu-Shettima Campaign Council, Simon Lalong is currently meeting.
Naija News learnt that the meeting which has directors of the campaign council in attendance is been held at the PCC Headquarters in Abuja.
At the time of filing this report, the aim of their meeting has not been stated.
However, the meeting is coming hours after the strategic planning committee of the council met to review the campaign council list.
The Governor of Plateau State, Lalong chaired the meeting held at the PCC office in Abuja.
Lalong had taken the step to douse the controversy surrounding the list of the APC campaign council.
Some APC Governors and members of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party had expressed their grievances over the composition of the list.
The National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Adamu and other members of the NWC were absent from the meeting.
