Tributes flow for slain American Rap star, “Take-Off”

Thousands of fans swarmed the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States of America to pay their last respects to Take-Off, the member of the now separated super star Rap trio, Migos, who was killed early this month.

The late rapper’s face was beamed on a big electronic board outside the stadium which hosts baseball games of the Atlanta Braves, and no media was allowed in as big music stars such as Drake and Justin Bieber attended and paid tributes.

Fans told AIT.live that even in death, Take-off whose real name was Krishnick Ball lives larger than life.

Raefael Davis is one of the fans who braved the rains to attend the event. He says Take-off will be sorely missed and asked young black men who were climbing the ladder of success to be wary of obstacles on the way.
