Osinbajo to speak at King’s College Africa week Monday

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo will on Sunday afternoon depart Abuja for London, the United Kingdom, to deliver a public lecture as part of events lined up for the King’s College London annual Africa Week 2023.

“As a political and thought leader from Africa, Prof. Osinbajo’s lecture will focus on the question of how Africa can prosper in an increasingly complex world,” a statement signed by the Senior Special Assistant to the Vice President on Media and Publicity, Laolu Akande, read on Sunday.

The statement is titled ‘Osinbajo to honour King’s College UK public lecture invitation tomorrow.’

According to Akande, the VP will be hosted as a Special Guest by the King’s College Africa Leadership Centre and will confer with top officials of the institution ahead of his lecture which is expected to follow the theme of King’s College Africa Week 2023 namely ‘Changing Africa in a Shifting Global Landscape.’
