Gal Gadot definitely got everyone’s attention when she appeared to do more than just hint that another “Wonder Woman” was happening – and this after the film’s director Patty Jenkins announced last year the film had been axed by the new leadership at DC Studios.
During a recent interview with ComicBook.com, the 38-year-old actress said “Wonder Woman 3” was still in the works, referencing an apparent conversation with the new heads of the studio — James Gunn and Peter Safran — who took over last year.
“I love portraying Wonder Woman,” Gadot said when asked about one more film in the franchise. “It’s so close to and dear to my heart.”
“From what I heard from James [Gunn] and from Peter [Safran] is that we’re gonna develop a ‘Wonder Woman 3’ together,” she added.
