Trump On Hunter Biden Being Indicted: His Plea Agreement Was ‘The Deal Of The Century’

Former President Donald Trump said during an interview that aired on Sunday that the federal indictment of President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, does not prove that the U.S. justice system is fair.

Hunter Biden was indicted on three charges last week related to false statements he allegedly made on a federal background check form to purchase a firearm. Two of the counts carry maximum sentences of ten years in prison, while the third carries a maximum sentence of 5 years.

Trump made the remarks during an interview with new NBC News “Meet The Press” host Kristen Welker.

“Mr. President, can you continue to say that there are two systems of justice?” Welker asked.

“Well, I think there’s no question about it,” Trump responded. “He had a plea deal that was the deal of the century — the art of the deal. You could write a book on it. The art of the deal.
