Six French airports evacuated after bomb threats as Molotov cocktail is hurled at Berlin synagogue with Europe on red alert after wave of deadly terror attacks

Six French airports have been evacuated over suspected bomb threats on the same day a synagogue in Berlin was firebombed, as Europe remains on high alert after an ISIS terrorist killed two people in Brussels in the wake of Hamas attacks on Israel.

The airports of Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Nice, Toulouse and Beauvais received bomb threats this at around 10.00 this morning and have been evacuated, with flights grounded.

The Palace of Versailles in Paris has also been evacuated today for the third time this week due to a bomb alert, with French media reporting that bomb disposal teams are on site.

It comes as a Berlin synagogue was attacked with Molotov cocktails early this morning amid an increase in antisemitic incidents in the German capital following the escalating violence in the Middle East.
