Federal prosecutors have reportedly filed a new criminal case against President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.
CNN reported that the charges are not yet publicly known because the court documents have not been unsealed.
The report noted that Special Counsel David Weiss recently impaneled a federal grand jury in Los Angeles that was weighing evidence related to potential tax crimes.
Hunter Biden was indicted on federal gun charges in September.
