Zamfara, UNICEF Partner For Healthcare Delivery For Vulnerable

The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund says it will Commit four Hundred and eighty Million Naira to healthcare for Women, children and the vulnerable in Zamfara state.

UNICEF also applauds the state Government for paying it’s counterpart funding.

The United Nation’s International Children’s Emergency Funds,  says it will ensure children in Zamfara have access to quality education, with particular emphasis on out-of-school children to get them back to the classrooms.

Quality healthcare service for Women and children is also another area the International organization is giving attention to.

UNICEF Chief of Sokoto Field office, Michael Juma speaks on what the organisation will do for the state.

This happened at a 3 day UNICEF Interaction with Zamfara State Government officials on the state’s Ten-Year Strategic Plan.

UNICEF also Commends Zamfara state government for prompt payment of its counterpart funding.
