MSNBC, covering the Republican National Convention just as other television networks, apparently decided that showing the moving tribute to the Gold Star families who lost their children at Abbey Gate in Joe Biden’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal was not worth showing.

Instead, MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace pronounced that Democrats were “on the side of angels,” blustering, “I know there’s a lot of people covering the Democratic side, but it is exactly what endangered democracies do in the final hours that determine whether they remain democracies. So people should pull up a little bit on the Democrats, who are on the side of angels, trying to make sure we all continue to live in a democracy.”
