Diddy accuser's lawyer alleges a 'cover up is going on' as officials refuse to hand over police reports

The lawyer of one of Diddy‘s accusers claims there’s a ‘cover up going’ on as officials refuse to hand over police reports detailing how the disgraced rapper allegedly raped her client. 

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney representing one of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs recent accusers, told NewsNation’s Banfield, hosted by Laura Ingle, that she was told she ‘needed a subpoena to get records’ of her clients 2018 report from the Orinda Police Department.  

Combs, 54 – who has been denied bail by a judge and pleaded not guilty to all charges – was indicted for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution earlier this month in New York City

Mitchell-Kidd explained the many road blocks she’s faced with law enforcement after receiving word on Tuesday night from the county that she ‘needed a subpoena’ to access public records.
