TRIBUNE
A woman, Oyinlola has sought for the dissolution of her union to her husband, Adeyi, at Grade A Customary Court, Mapo, Ibadan, Oyo State on the grounds of irresponsibility, neglect and constant fight.
Oyinlola stated that Adeyi did not let her have rest of mind since she got married to him.
She explained that her husband always found fault in all that she did and would end up fighting her.
The plaintiff added that the defendant neglected her and their children and refused to be committed to their welfare.
Oyinlola said that Adeyi remained indifferent to the plight of their children despite her complaints, which made her take up the challenge of meeting their needs.
She told the court that he forced her to abort their last pregnancy and that she moved out of his house after he made life unbearable for her.
Adeyi, who acceded to divorce, denied the allegations brought against him, stating that his marriage to Oyinlola did not work because she was promiscuous.
