British Airways has been slammed by passengers over claims that women are unable to select the title of doctor when using the airline’s website. A woman shared a screenshot showing an error message that said her title and gender do not match.
Dr Juliana Kling said on Twitter: “@British_Airways can you help figure out why my title “Dr” and my gender “woman” do not match?” Other women shared their frustrations at the sexist system that doesn’t allow women to select the title of doctor.
One said: “British airways: you can do better!!” Another added: “This is mind blowing. Didn’t think this was possible in this century.”
