A quadruple murder suspect may have left a signature “calling card” at the scene of the crime – and experts suggest the nature of the crime could mean he has killed before.
Experts theorised that Bryan Kohberger, 28, may have deliberately left an empty knife sheath which was found by investigators in the room where two of his four alleged victims were killed.
In a special episode of American talk show Dr Phil, which aired on Friday (January 13), several crime boffins weighed in on the slayings, which saw students Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin knifed to death on the morning of November 13, 2022.
Former FBI special agent Jonathan Gilliam believes investigators will find the murder weapon as he said it was “part of [Kohberger’s] operational tools,” Fox News reported.
