Mohbad’s wife finally agrees to take DNA to ascertain son’s paternity

Lagos, October 28 — Wunmi Aloba, widow of late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has agreed to undergo a DNA test to confirm the paternity of her son, Liam. In a recent video statement released by her lawyer, Barrister Akingbolu, Wunmi expressed her readiness to proceed with the test to resolve lingering doubts within Mohbad’s family and among public skeptics.
According to Barrister Akingbolu, the DNA test aims to provide clarity for Wunmi’s father-in-law, Mr. Joseph Aloba, and others questioning Liam’s paternity. Akingbolu revealed that Wunmi was initially reluctant, as Mr. Aloba and online critics had cast aspersions on her during her period of mourning, exacerbating her emotional burden.
