UK Conservative party leader Kemi Badenoch says the United Kingdom is a home to people like her and not “a hotel” for millions of immigrants from Nigeria and other parts of the world.

Ms Badenoch, in her first speech of the year on Thursday, said the UK made a lot of mistakes in the past and can no longer afford to open its doors to millions of immigrants worldwide.

The Tory leader, who migrated from Nigeria to the UK, insisted that immigrants who do not want to integrate into British culture should not be in the UK.

Ms Badenoch also narrated how she migrated from her home country to the UK at age 16, warning that she does not want Britain to become a poor country like Nigeria, where terrible governments destroy lives.
