Biden, Lula to discuss Venezuela election on Tuesday, sources say

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden will discuss the contested Venezuela elections in a phone call on Tuesday, two Brazilian sources told Reuters.
