The Nigeria Customs Service has revealed conditions for Liquified Natural Gas marketers to enjoy the Presidential directive on zero import of gas items and imported LPG and other accessories.
According to Customs, items to enjoy this waiver must be supported with an approval letter from the office of the Special Adviser to the President on Energy.
