The Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has condemned the acts of the viral video showing policemen destroying the vehicle of a driver.
A video shared by #oku_yungx on Tuesday, April 23, showed officers using the butt of the guns and a stick to damage some parts of the car including the side mirror as they reversed his car.
Tagging the police to the video, a user of X #EngrDrAkhabue wrote: “#Princemoye1 #PoliceNG #PoliceNG_CRU #ruffydfire #abati1990 #officialABAT #OjyOkpe can we agree finally say na animals una carry guns and uniforms give?… The Nigerian police is the most unprofessional in the entire solar system.
“Responding to the comment, Adejobi via his X handle #Princemoye1 condemned the behaviour saying: “This is condemned totally. How can human beings behave in this unholy manner? #BenHundeyin, #LagosPoliceNG, #PoliceNG_CRU take necessary action. Fish out and invite the men immediately. Thanks.”
