The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has picked the former Minister of Women’s Affairs, Josephine Anenih, former Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka and governorship candidate of the party in the November election, Mr Valentine Ozigbo for zonal Congress committee of the party in Anambra State
They are among the 14 -member zoning committee to oversee the party’s ward, local government and State Congresses scheduled for February 1- March 8,2022 in Anambra.
This was made known by the State Publicity Secretary of PDP, Nnamdi Nwangwu Sunday in Awka.
Also appointed in the committee were the party’s House of Assembly members, members of the House of Representatives and other stakeholders
Nwangwu said that the appointment was sequel to a meeting of the caretaker committee at the party Secretariat, Udoka Housing Estate, Awka, Anambra State at the weekend
He said Chairman of the party, Hon Ndubisi Nwobu at the meeting commended the National Working Committee led by His Excellency, Dr Iyorchia Ayu, for his able leadership of the party in the country…
