The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Zulu Gambari (CFR) has said that the National leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the most qualified person to lead Nigeria now.
