The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representatives candidate for Ideato North/South Federal Constituency, Imo Ikenga Ugochinyere has frowned at the recent attack on traders at the Alaba International market by thugs.
Expressing concern over such development, which he said can lead to an ethnic clash, Ugochinyere lamented that the “Agberos” extort the aggrieved traders of their hard-earned money under the disguise of levies for the park.
The Ideato House of Representatives candidate, who is also the spokesman of the Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP), said that the attack on the traders was wicked and unacceptable, adding that if care is not taken, it might lead to an ethnic bloody clash…
