President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday in a nationwide broadcast spoke on the 2023 general elections.
Buhari in his address affirmed that the presidential and National Assembly election will be held on the 25th of February, 2023.
Speaking on the effect of the new monetary policy on the forthcoming election, Buhari expressed delight that the policy has minimized the influence of money in politics.
He further stated that the policy was put in place to lay a strong foundation for free and fair elections.
President Buhari called on Nigerians to go out to vote for their candidates of choice without fear.
