Former president of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Bello Shagari has alleged that those responsible for the Naira redesign policy are working for the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
Shagari insisted that it is not realistic for Obi to win the forthcoming general election.
Speaking via his verified Twitter handle, the former youth leader explained that he initially thought the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) were the one behind the policy.
However, he claimed that he has now realized that Peter Obi is behind the scheme.
Shagari wondered how certain individuals could make life difficult for so many people because of their ambitions.

He wrote, “I heard that a group of people influencing the decisions of this monetary policy causing economic hardship for Nigerians are actually working for Obi. Some of us thought they are working for PDP.
