A topless woman is said to have burst into a church, pulled a Jesus statue worth almost £10,000 from the wall and smashed it into pieces.
Brittney Marie Reynolds, 35, was wearing no shirt or bra at the time she broke into a Catholic church in North Dakota, United States, subsequently destroying a valuable religious symbol.
Police responded to calls referring to a topless woman damaging property inside St. Mary’s Cathedral, with a hefty bit of damage already dealt by the time officers arrived at the scene.
Their arrival saw the 35-year-old detained after a shoeless run through the streets of Fargo following the massive damage dealt to the church.
