US town's first female cop 'forced to have oral sex with colleague as initiation'

A small town in Michigan, United States, found its first-ever female cop forced into oral sex with a married colleague, a lawsuit has claimed.

Teresa Williams, 35, made history when she became the first woman to serve for rural force Iron Mountain Police Department, but was allegedly subject to some twisted initiation rituals.

Her lawsuit claims she was relentlessly harassed during her four years on the job by her own colleagues and higher-ups, who subjected her to gross behaviour.

From October 2017, just weeks on from when Williams was hired, her fellow officers began to coerce and “initiate” a series of grim sex acts on the officer.

Williams said: “Just because you wear a badge and you’re a cop, it doesn’t mean you’re above the law. It doesn’t mean you get to treat people however you want.”

The 35-year-old was also reportedly forced into taking Fireball whiskey shots and kissing Joseph Dumais, a deputy director of police services in order to be “initiated” into the squad.

The lawsuit reads: “[Williams] refused and said the whole thing was made up. Dumais responded that it was required and that everyone had to do it as protocol.

“To allegedly demonstrate, Dumais took an initial shot along with a former county dispatcher (male) then kissed him.
