Antonio Conte ruthlessly 'banishes' four Tottenham stars from training

Antonio Conte has excluded four Tottenham stars from training with the first-team as the club continues to look for buyers before the end of the window.

Tanguy Ndombele, Harry Winks, Sergio Reguilon and Giovani Lo Celso have been working alone since Spurs returned from their pre-season tour of South Korea after Conte was told he can only coach a certain number of players. According to the Evening Standard, Spurs are trying to offload the four but there is an acceptance that their futures are unlikely to be resolved until the final week of the transfer window.

Those four players could follow Steven Bergwijn and Cameron Carter-Vickers out of the exit door after their moves to Ajax and Celtic respectively were confirmed. Meanwhile, Joe Rodon has joined Rennes for some valuable first-team experience and Jack Clarke has completed a switch to Sunderland.

After spending the second-half of last season on loan at Lyon, Ndombele is attracting interest from Champions League semi-finalists Villarreal and a number of other clubs across Europe. The Frenchman was Spurs’ record signing until Richarlison arrived from Everton, but he has failed to impress, making just 91 appearances across all competitions.

Like Ndombele, Lo Celso has been linked with The Yellow Submarine, but Spurs are yet to receive a bid for either midfielder. The Argentina international spent six months on loan at Villarreal last season and impressed, featuring in both legs as they crashed out of the Champions League at the hands of Liverpool.

Sevilla were interested in re-signing…
