Samuel Chukwueze will be sidelined for a number of weeks after sustaining injury on international duty.
According to a report in Football Italia, Chukwueze picked a hamstring in Nigeria’s 2-2 draw
against the Greens of Saudi Arabia.
The winger started the game and was replaced by Moses Simon in the second half.
It is not clear how bad the damage is, but the statement from Milan mentions there is a lesion to the femoral bicep.
The injury would usually require at least a couple of weeks out, more likely closer to a month, depending on the depth of the lesion.
